Man Pleads Guilty to Killing Factory Co-Worker

SCOTTSBURG, Ind. (AP) _ A southern Indiana man is pleading guilty to murder in the death of a co-worker whose body was hidden for three years.

Forty-year-old Robert Riley of Austin entered the plea Monday in a Scott County court for the 2009 death of 50-year-old Paul Graupe. The judge scheduled his sentencing for Sept. 15.

The Tribune reports the two men had worked at a canning factory in the town of Austin and that relatives last saw Graupe when he left his home with plans to collect a debt from a co-worker.

Police say a tip in November 2012 led investigators to Riley's home in the town about 30 miles north of Louisville, Kentucky. They found Graupe's body hidden in a building on Riley's property.
