INDIANAPOLIS, IND. (WOWO) New data from Find a Super Tutor shows mathematics is the subject Indiana students struggle with most, based on online search activity for academic help.

According to Find a Super Tutor, math averages approximately 1,670 monthly searches for help across Indiana. Spanish ranked as the second most searched subject, followed by computer programming.

The findings are based on an analysis of more than 100 academic-related search terms. Researchers examined how often students searched for help outside of class to identify subjects generating the highest demand for additional academic support.

Find a Super Tutor says the data highlights areas where students are most likely to seek assistance beyond the classroom, reflecting challenges in core and skill-based subjects.

The organization notes the findings may be useful for educators, families, and tutoring providers when identifying areas where additional resources or instructional support may be needed.
