KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A Milford teen has died after a crash in northern Kosciusko County.

It happened on Saturday afternoon at the intersection of Bowser Road & County Road 300 East.

18-year-old Chelsea Fetters was driving eastbound on Bowser Road, approaching the intersection, and slowed for the stop sign. 

A pickup, driven by a Goshen man was southbound on County Road 300 East. Police say Fetters suddenly pulled directly into the path of the pickup and was struck.

Fetters was taken to a Fort Wayne hospital where she later died of her injuries.

The crash is still under investigation.
