Muncie Wind Farm Opponents Hope to Delay Action

Opponents of a proposed central Indiana wind farm hope to delay action. Those against the wind farm say the planned site is too populated and that the farm would hurt property values. Muncie and Delaware County Plan Commission charmain Tom Green has asked county leaders to study the impact of wind farms in the state for at least two years before they decide how to regulate them. The commission is set ot act on Green’s request next Thursday.
