FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Charges have formally been filed against the suspect accused of killing a Fort Wayne teen.  Two men reportedly chased down 17-year-old Elijah Freeman and fired six or seven shots, killing the boy outside of a Hugh Street home.  According to our news partners at 21 Alive, a charge of murder has now been filed against 18-year-old Deadrian Boykins who was arrested several days after that deadly shooting.
