FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The man who was arrested in connection with a fatal shooting is due in front of a judge today in Allen County.  Twenty-six-year-old Ronald Williams of Fort Wayne was booked on an preliminary charge of murder for his alleged role in the shooting death of Mark Young, last month on Reed Street near Oxford.
