FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The suspect in last week’s triple shooting was turned in to police by his own mother.

Fort Wayne police had been on the lookout for 21-year-old Travon Fincher over an August 30th shooting on Madison Street that left one person dead and two others injured.

An FWPD press release says he showed up at the Police Operations Center on East Main Street at about 6pm last night, alongside his mom, who had learned he was wanted by police and brought him to the station.

Fincher is in custody at the Allen County jail on charges of aggravated battery and murder.
