Goaltender John Muse of the Fort Wayne Komets has been called up by Charlotte of the American Hockey League. Muse was between the pipes Saturday in the season opening shootout loss to Toledo at the Coliseum. In other player news, winger Shawn Szydlowski has been assigned to the K's by Rochester of the AHL and should be in uniform when the Komets host Cincinnati Saturday in a 7:30 faceoff.
