ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): Steuben County leaders have selected a new Emergency Communications Director.

Commissioners announced Gary LeTourneau as the new 911 Director. He had been a dispatcher and deputy director in St. Joseph County, Michigan.

The county had been working under an interim director, Ken Lowden, for several months after longtime 911 staffer Cindy Snyder resigned this spring.
