Nonprofit Branch Added to Allen County Juvenile Justice Center

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Allen County Juvenile Justice Center is serving area youth with a new nonprofit division that accepts donations.

According to the Journal Gazette, the center provides a variety of programs for local kids, including a Check and Connect anti-truancy program that has seen positive results since it was implemented in Fort Wayne Community Schools last fall.

The nonprofit sector is called, “The Friends of the Allen County Juvenile Center Inc.”
