Notre Dame Architecture School Gets $27M Boost

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP): The University of Notre Dame says it will expand its School of Architecture programs and construct a new building named for a Chicago-area couple donating $27 million toward the project. The donation is coming from Matthew and Joyce Walsh of Burr Ridge, Ill. Matthew Walsh is a 1968 Notre Dame graduate and co-chairman of Chicago-based Walsh Construction Co.
