The National Weather Service has released its long-range forecast for northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio, and they are calling for a winter that will be warmer than usual. Specifically, average temperatures are expected to hover above 42-degrees for December, while January and February will see temps at around 29 to 32 degrees, which is slightly above average.

They're also saying we'll see below-average snowfall.
