FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): City Clerk Sandra Kennedy is resigning from her post at the end of the week for what she says is health reasons, according to multiple sources.

Video released in recent days shows Kennedy threatening jobs if workers in her office don't support, her hand picked successor Angie Davis in the upcoming election.  In the video Kennedy is also collecting money in the clerks office for Davis' campaign.

Allen County GOP Chairman Steve Shine says its a question of integrity and a question of leadership. 

Shine says Davis needs to end her campaign and not accept the office if she wins.
