Authorities say a former police officer shot and killed an ex-girlfriend in a Goshen, Indiana parking lot before taking his own life. Investigators say John Haitsma killed Millicent Morros and then himself yesterday morning in Goshen. Haitsma resigned from the Goshen Police Department in 1998.
