CARROLL COUNTY, Virginia (WOWO): A Delphos, Ohio man was among those killed in a pileup on Sunday in Virginia. 24-year-old Andrew Katbi was headed south on interstate 77 when his car ran into the back of a semi. In all, 95 vehicles were involved in that massive wreck that killed three people, including Katbi. Investigators believe fog was a contributing factor in that pileup.
