ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): The Allen County Superior Court has named a new magistrate to its misdemeanor and traffic division.  According to the Journal Gazette, deputy prosecutor Richard Karcher has been selected to fill the seat on the bench left vacant after last month’s resignation of Magistrate Marcia Linsky.  Karcher is expected to assume his new role within the next couple of weeks.  He was one of about a dozen candidates who were interviewed for the position.
