DALLAS (AP) _ Paul George scored 24 points last night to lead the Indiana Pacers to a 103-78 rout of the Dallas Mavericks. Roy Hibbert added 16 points for the Pacers, who went on a 20-5 run in the third quarter. Dirk Nowitzki had 21 points to lead the Mavericks.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ The Pacers say Danny Granger will undergo knee surgery and miss the rest of the season. The forward played in just five games this season for the Pacers. Granger underwent a procedure for patellar tendinosis in October and returned last month before heading back to the sideline because of continued pain.
