INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ George Hill scored 27 points last night as the Indiana Pacers rallied from 20 points down to beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 99-94. David West added 15 points and Paul George had 14 for the Pacers, who can clinch the No. 3 seed in the Eastern Conference with a win over Brooklyn on Friday. Kyrie Irving led the Cavs with 29 points.
