FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Board of Park Commissioners has re-elected Attorney Richard Samek as president. The Park Board approves budget revenues, passes bond issues, and improves property, among other things. Also re-elected was Pamela Kelly, M.D., as Vice President.
