INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Governor Mike Pence is promoting from within for his latest agency appointment. Denny Darrow joined the Indiana State Personnel Department in December of 2010 and previously served as its deputy director and chief of staff. He led day-to-day operations of the agency and implemented a wellness initiative and the state's first employee health clinic.
