People Starting to Gather at Shop Where Store Owner was Killed

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  People are starting to gather outside the tobacco shop where the owner of the store was killed. Signs are posted that say “Candlelight Vigil at 7:00 p.m.,” and “Antonio we will miss you.” 

 

44-year-old Antonio Nino was shot around 9:30 a.m., Monday morning. That’s when officers were called to The Smoke House Tobacco Outlet on S. Lafayette Street. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition where he later on died…

 

According to the Allen County Coroner, his death has been ruled as a homicide.  

 

The suspect in this case is described as a black man, appearing to be right handed. He was last seen wearing a two toned outer jacket that is gray and black.

 

Anyone with information about this person is asked to call police.
