FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Just before 10:30 Sunday morning, Fort Wayne Police responded to Salisbury Drive near South Anthony Boulevard on report of an unresponsive person covered in blood, inside of a vehicle. Officers arrived and found a man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say at this time, it is unknown why the person was shot, or how long he had been in the vehicle. There are no suspects, and no weapons were located. The victim’s identity has not been confirmed, so the relationship to vehicle is yet to be determined.
