State Police are still looking into a two car crash that happened over the weekend in Noble County. Here’s what we know so far: David Hughes was driving a van on State Road 8 when he was rear-ended by Walter Schmidt who was driving a semi-tractor. The crash resulted in Schmidt being pinned inside. Turns out, he had slowed for an animal in the roadway.  Hughes suffered from some minor injuries, while Schmidt, was not injured.
