INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ The man charged as the main triggerman in the deaths of four people slain during an Indianapolis drug house robbery has lost his second bid to get married while he's in jail awaiting trial.
A Marion County judge on Friday rejected Kenneth Rackemann's request to get married, the second such ruling by that judge.
WISH-TV reports that another court hearing will be held Oct. 10 on Rackemann's request to marry his fiance, Tia Brassfield. The court will hear from police about any safety issues posed if such a ceremony were to take place behind bars.
Prosecutors say Rackemann shot three of those killed during February's drug house attack on Indianapolis' south side. He faces murder charges in all four deaths, and three other people also are charged.
