NATIONAL, (WOWO) — If your team looks fine but acts off, it might be “quiet cracking.” A Talent LMS survey says over half of U.S. workers feel stuck, unrecognized, and fed up-even if they still like their jobs.
Unlike quiet quitting, these folks aren’t slacking-they’re just mentally fried. One in five say it’s happening all the time.
Bottom line: If you’re not showing appreciation or growth paths, your best workers might already be fading out.
