FULTON COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) — A Defiance man is headed to jail after admitting to pandering sexually explicit material involving a minor.

WTOL Toledo 11 reports that 19-year-old Carl Dauwalter pleaded guilty in Fulton County and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, five years of community control, and mandatory sex offender treatment.

He’ll also register as a Tier II sex offender for 25 years.

If he violates any terms, he could serve up to eight years in prison.
