FORT WAYNE (WOWO): One of the Three Rivers Festival’s most popular events is coming back. Festival organizers made it official Friday the raft race is back. The event is expected to include more than $14,000 in prize money spread over several categories. It’s the first time in more than 15 years the festival has included the event.
