NATIONAL, (WOWO) — September is National Preparedness Month, and the American Red Cross is encouraging blood and platelet donations to help save lives.

Right now, donors through September 21 will receive a limited-edition Red Cross x PEANUTS® mystery bag with one of four unique T-shirt designs.

Then, from September 22 to October 5, platelet donors will get a cozy PEANUTS sweatshirt featuring Snoopy as Joe Cool.
