FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): If you’re looking to sell some land, you may want to reach out to the Allen County Redevelopment Commission.

The Journal Gazette reports the commission’s inventory is down to only a couple of parcels of land, so now they’re looking to buy some more.

The Commission’s staff has begun contacting landowners to see how interested they are in selling, with specific plans to try and obtain sites as large as 100 to 200 acres. One potential site is near the Fort Wayne General Motors plant.

The commission currently has about 50 acres of “shovel-ready” land near New Haven, as well as within the Stonebridge Business Park.
