FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – The residential part of the Ash Brokerage project in downtown Fort Wayne may finally have a developer after all.

Our partners at 21Alive say that the city's redevelopment director expects to announce a deal with a developer he is negotiating with in the next month. He would not identify the developer, but felt confident Monday that a deal will be reached.

Progress continues to be made on the parking garage and the Ash Brokerage building. The residential building, when complete, will feature 17 stories of condos, townhomes, and apartments.
