ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A River Flood Warning is in effect for Allen County until late Friday night.

The flood warning has been extended for the St. Joe River in Fort Wayne. All of the recent widespread snowmelt combined with rainfall is already causing some minor flooding along area rivers and more minor flooding is in the forecast.

Be sure to never drive through flooded areas and by no means let children play in or near flood waters.
