ELKHART, Ind. (WOWO): An Elkhart RV company announced today it will pay $53 million dollars to buy another RV company based in Shipshewana.

In a stock purchase, Thor Industries will assume ownership of K-Z Inc. next month.

The K-Z product line includes travel trailers, fifth-wheels and other trailers. Officials say its an ideal northern Indiana partnership.

KZ employs about 320 workers at facilities in LaGrange County.
