Search warrant nets four arrests

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A search warrant at a Fort Wayne home, nets four arrests.

Wednesday afternoon, just after 4:30pm, the Fort Wayne Police Department‘s Gang and Violent Crimes Unit served the warrant at a home on Forest Avenue near St. Joseph Boulevard. This was in response to numerous complaints from neighbors about loud parties and underage drinking at the residence.

The warrant led to the arrest of the four individuals mentioned below and the following evidence was collected:  Marijuana, Cocaine, Paraphernalia, and a KelTec Model P3AT .380cal along with several loose rounds of ammunition.

Meanwhile, the investigation is still on-going.

ARRESTED:     

Brandon Martin: M/W/19 years old

  1. Maintaining a Common Nuisance – Level 6 Felony
  2. Possession of Paraphernalia – C Misdemeanor

Timothy Burford: M/W/ 22 years old

  1. Maintaining a Common Nuisance – Level 6 Felony
  2. Possession of Marijuana – B Misdemeanor

Zachary Burcham: M/W/ 20 years old

  1. Possession of Cocaine – Level 5 Felony (Enhancement – Firearm)

Justice Finch

  1. Visiting a Common Nuisance – B Misdemeanor
