FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Another man has been sentenced in connection with a February 2013 shooting death.

Twenty-eight year old Augustus Marshall was ordered to serve 23 years in prison on charges of residential entry and voluntary manslaughter in the shooting death of Antonio Galvan the Third.

Another seven years was suspended from the term.

Last week, 23-year old Jose Lopez was sentenced to 23 years on charges residential entry and battery in the same crime. Both accepted plea deals.
