Sensory-friendly shopping event coming to Glenbrook Square

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Glenbrooke Square is hosting a sensory-friendly shopping event on December 9.

The mall will make changes from 9-11 a.m. and from 4-7 p.m. to make shopping easier for those with autism and sensory issues, according to our Partners in News at ABC 21.

During the two sessions, all music will be turned off, lighting we be dimmed, and there will be a sensory calming area near Santa. Select stores will also have promotions during the special shopping day.
