COLDWATER, Mich. (WOWO): For the third time this week, authorities in Steuben County have tracked down an out of state sex offender.

The latest is 34-year-old Jason Cappella of Coldwater, Michigan.

This morning U.S. Marshals corralled Cappella in that Michigan community.

He was wanted on a warrant for failing to register as a sex offender. He is expected will be returned to Steuben County.

Earlier this week, two separate fugitives were capture in Defiance and Williams Counties in Ohio.
