WHITLEY COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Whitley RC Investments, LLC announced today the building of a 75,000-square-foot expandable shell building at “shovel ready” certified Rail Connect Business Park in Whitley County. It will have 70 thousand square feet of manufacturing space and 5 thousand square feet of office space and will be expandable to nearly 190 thousand square feet. The Whitley County Council has approved a 10-year tax abatement on the building. Work is underway on the building, and it will be available for lease or sale late this year.
