RICHMOND, Ind. (WOWO): A Silver Alert has been issued for Richmond man who has been missing since Wednesday afternoon at 3:15 PM. 

The Richmond Police Department describes 70 year old Charles Provance as standing 6 foot tall, weighing 200 pounds, and has grey hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a plain button-up shirt, dark blue jeans, camoflauge shoes, and a grey hat with the letters “CPR”. He also has a tattoo image on his right upper arm of a blue rose with the words “Mildred Elvira”. 

Provance is believed to be in danger and may need medical attention. He's believed to be traveling in a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 with an Indiana license plate number of TK853MAQ.
