Snow Forecasted For The New Year

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for most of the listening area starting at 7PM Tuesday night and ending at 1PM Wednesday.

Starting Tuesday night, the first wave of snowfall could accumulate 1 to 3 inches of snow for Fort Wayne.  There's a total threat of up to 8 inches of snow because of the long duration of the incoming weather system lasting into Wednesday afternoon.

Travelers should be careful during this time.  Additional holiday storm watching and warnings could make some roads hard to pass.   We'll keep you updated with any additional information.
