Teen Hurt In Hunting Accident

CROSS PLAINS, Ind. (WOWO): A Versailles teenager was injured while hunting.  Two teeneagers were hunting raccoon when one of the boys dropped a .22 caliber rifle.  The gun discharged and entered the front of the victim's left thigh.  The bullet stopped just before exiting the back of his leg.  

The victim was not identified and transported to King's Daugthers Hospital in Madison, Indiana to remove the bullet.  The incident is under investigation.
