FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The State of Indiana recently awarded its statewide media contract to Asher Agency, headquartered here in Fort Wayne. The contract includes the placement of all T.V., radio, print, outdoor and digital advertising for each of the 21 state agencies. Asher Agency was picked after a best-value analysis by the state.
