St. Joseph Township Fire Rescue Holds “Stuff the Fire Truck” Event

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): St. Joseph Township Fire Rescue is working with citizens and businesses to help families in need during the holiday season. They’re holding their “Stuff the Fire Truck” event now through December 13. You can help fill the truck with non-perishable food and personal care items. All of the donations will benefit residents of St. Joseph Township and the Community Harvest Food Bank. And, the student from St. Joseph Township who produces the most donations will be “Fire Chief of the Day.” During the food drive, the Fire Rescue will also sponsor families within St. Joseph Township and kick off the “Shop with a Firefighter” program, where they fulfill the Christmas wishes of at-risk children from the community.
