State Police Warn of Drug-Laced Candy in SW Ind.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (AP): Indiana State Police are warning parents that authorities are finding candy laced with tetrahydrocannabinol, the active ingredient in marijuana, in southwest Indiana. State police say most of the candy found by troopers resembles lollipops, hard-rock candy and gummy worms and bears. Police say the candies look so much like regular candy that children or even adults wouldn't hesitate to consume them.
