INDIANAPOLIS, Ind, (WOWO) — On Wednesday, Sen. Liz Brown (IN-15) filed paperwork for reelection to Senate District 15, representing portions of Allen County in Northeast Indiana.
She said:
“After raising my seven children in Fort Wayne I stepped into the public policy realm to advocate for my neighbors and fight for more efficient government, first as a Fort Wayne City Council member and now as an Indiana State Senator. I have been able to gain understanding of our process so that my legislation both passes and leads to better government for Hoosiers. I take the time to meet with my constituents throughout the year, to ensure our time spent in our spring sessions is as successful as possible for Northeast Indiana. I’ve gained a reputation as someone willing to ask the hard questions in Committee and when needed, expose the radical ideas from my Democratic colleagues that come before our Chamber.
“I am running for reelection to continue the conservative advocacy I advance at the Statehouse on behalf of my neighbors in Northeast Indiana. My legislative record speaks for my effectiveness to advance conservative principles, with legislation like:
· Banning sex-selection abortions and championing the near-total 2022 abortion ban, along with leading on more than two dozen pro-life bills.
· Passing parental rights legislation to cement parents’ rights over intrusion of government.
· Passing several health care bills, dubbed “I-ACHE, Increasing Access to Care for Hoosiers Everywhere” to advance medical best practices which lead to transparency, better services for patients, eliminating unnecessary regulations, and more affordable health care.
· Passing a data rights bill, to give Hoosiers a right to control their own digital information.”
Sen. Liz Brown has already been endorsed by Indiana Right to Life Political Action Committee (PAC) and the Indiana Family Action PAC in her race for reelection to Senate District 15.
