Steuben County police need you helping finding a wanted Angola man. They have an arrest warrant for Joseph McDowell. He is being charged with one count of child molesting. The incident happened back in October and involved a girl that was under the age of 14. McDowell is being descried as a white male, 5’7” tall, and weighs 155 lbs.  He has brown hair and brown eyes and was last known to have a goatee.  Anyone with information on McDowell’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office or Steuben County Crime Stoppers
