Stutzman Statement on MLK Day

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  U.S. Congressman Marlin Stutzman issued the following statement after attending the Martin Luther King, Jr. Club’s 6th Annual “Breakfast with the Clergy.”

“Today, we remember Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., give thanks for his courage, and renew our shared commitment to the American ideals for which he fought. Through our history, Americans of every color and creed have struggled, bled, and died to honor our founding commitment to be a nation where ‘all men are created equal.’ As we continue the work of expanding opportunity and protecting freedom for all, let us draw strength and resolve from Dr. King's steadfast example.”
