Minor Injuries in DeKalb County Wreck

WATERLOO, Ind. (WOWO): There were minor injuries after a two vehicle wreck in DeKalb County Thursday morning. 

The crash happened at about 10:45 AM Thursday at the intersection of County Roads 19 and 36 west of Waterloo.

71 year old Charles Powers reportedly told police he made a rolling stop and failed to see the car being driven by 18 year old Jacob Pilnock of Albion. Pilnock's car ended up hitting Powers' car on the driver's side. 

Powers, who's from Shepherdsville, Kentucky, suffered a leg injury while Pilnock suffered a chest injury. Pilnock's passenger, 67 year old Laura Pierce of Kendallville, reportedly suffered a concussion. 

Powers was ticketed for disobeying a stop sign.
