Suspects in Custody in IU stabbing

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WOWO): Police have one man in custody following a stabbing this morning at Indiana University.

According to university spokesman, Mark Land, 18-year-old Zesen Shen was arrested around 8 a.m. this morning. He' s believed to have stabbed a 20-year-old student in the back. 

Twenty-one-year-old Kaiyu Lao, another IU student was also arrested.

Shen and the victim apparently were involved in a fight in a parking lot near an apartment building on the northeast side of campus. That fight happened around 3:30 am this morning. The victim is not seriously injured according to campus police and its labeled as an isolated incident.

The campus was placed on lock-down around 4 a.m., and lifted around 7:30 a.m.
