Timing a Question for Pence 2nd-Year Agenda

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Republican Governor Mike Pence may have trouble trying to pack an expansive legislative agenda into an abbreviated meeting of the General Assembly when lawmakers reconvene next month. The governor unveiled a second-year plan earlier this month that focuses on eliminating the personal property tax, establishing school vouchers for teachers and preschool-age children and a host of other items.
