BLUFFTON, Ind. (WOWO):  The National Weather Service has confirmed to WOWO News that their Doppler Radar indicated a tornado near Bluffton, Indiana.  However, an indication on the radar does not mean an actual tornado touchdown happened.

They said there’s no indication an actual tornado hit the ground.  The rotation was indicated on the radar only.
